No man nor woman could ever do a single bit lest it is given from above. Being in the limelight of the ministry is not in any notion a glamorous or fashionable thing at all, and I am sure many can attest to this reality.
Don’t be fooled, in ministry, you are in no sense anything special, you need God, and without God’s impartation and connection, you are an absolute zero factor in its entirety.
Many small to medium-sized wanna-be ministries fail simply and truly because the minister wants to be special and the Lord will simply not allow this.
When will we ever learn, that God’s Strength is made 100% Perfect and come to the ultimate climax in our weaknesses?
WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER HERO.
We cannot add one single bit to the finished work on the cross, must I remind you that we can neither impossibly add one single bit to our
stature nor turn a single hair grey? The Lord places the likeness of the Lilly of the field in more array and splendor than Solomon and all his glory.
Get the picture? If you don’t, look outside your window at all the beauty the Lord gave us, I must in all concern and sincerity ask you what more you require, how can you look at all the scapes of creation and ask for more, because friend I can confidently say to you, you will NOT get more proof of the Lord’s Goodness, and so it is.
THE WORK IS COMPLETE! As our Lord Jesus cried: “IT IS FINISHED”.
God is not looking for superhero Christians, in the stead, He looks upon the feeble and lowly of Heart instead. In the book of James, it recalls what pure, and undefiled religion is.
What we need is not revival friends. I mean how obvious and dense can a person possibly be, souls are saved, people are delivered from the power of the devil, and the sick are healed.
Kindly I require of you what you deem to be a revival anyhow. I don’t think most charismatic Christians have the foggiest idea what they are praying for when they cry for revival, they pray but pray amiss.
JESUS DID IT ALL AND IS STILL DOING IT TODAY!
I am not knocking Charasmania at all, all I am saying, is it has rather taken on the form where the Pastor is the hero…taboo with that! I would say.
The Pastor should therefore be the one with the meekness of heart and humility.
The Church of the Hour has become a performance-based organization, with more money in the offering.
We need to get to the nitty-gritty of the matter, what about that man or woman in this cold, sleeping in a metal shack, who goes to bed, should they have one, hungry, alone, and cold” But we content ourselves with eye and lip service in church whilst people on the streets are suffering and dissipating.
What about that man or woman that lost their mental equilibrium due to drugs and narcotics, that old lady sleeping in the streets, the children hungry, sex slavery, human trafficking, abuse, and the rape of humanity.
I have dealt with an African man helping those get out of sex slavery and human trafficking, let me shock you, I can walk into Johannesburg CBD and buy a woman for R250 “$13” per head!
I might try and teach such life skills and harbor them in South Africa, but how long will it take before they fall into the same trap, having sex on the streets for narcotics, a drug fix?
You go live in a metal shack for a few nights and see what it is like, hopefully, you may have a single candle as a source of light and that candle is not free neither does it burn forever.
What we need is NOT more hero Christians, we need Christians that will go to their knees and serve the unfortunate, yes! This is pure and undefiled religion.
You know, TB Joshua had Revival in Lagos Nigeria, if you were so intensely eagerly wanting to see Revival, why did you not book a flight to go scope it out, I must ask?
I am about to make a statement, many won’t like me at all after this line:
“Apartheid is more rampant than ever before folks” and has reached new peaks in South Africa, the bitter cruel hate speech between ethnicities, parties not to mention xenophobia.
SOUTH AFRICA NEEDS JESUS CHRIST.
Not just on a ministerial level, but must I remind you folks, we are the hands and feet of The Lord, not just a vocal tone vanishing into thin air only.
Our message should then indeed exemplify and point to the true Hero and His Glory, the risen Lord. He held the power to lay down His Life and the Power to take it up again.
He is the ultimate Victor, the Glorious One, Highly esteemed in exaltation. As far as I read the Gospel of John, Jesus NEVER refused the honor, why?
Because He is worthy of such.
JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY AND LAST HERO WE WILL EVER NEED
If you should launch out in ministry to impress, impart to show off with the Lord’s Anointing you are standing on a very steep and high edge due to a long fall down, ask Lucifer.
GOD WILL NEVER SHARE HIS GLORY WITH YOU!
Yes, we receive Glory in part, from one state of Glory to another, but this is of such a kind of Glory only a Redeemer, Jesus the Christ is due to and we lay our Crowns or “Glory” at His feet.
HE IS THE ONLY HERO WE WILL EVER NEED.
Our message should then be one of sharing Christ’s Glory with the World. We are the Light of the World, we do not hide the Light under a bushel, no, rather we lift it high for the world to see. This Light is from Above and not your own to boast in any case or scenario.
If you want to learn to carry the weight of God’s Glory then you must be perfected in suffering, as said, in our weaknesses, His strength is made perfect (100%)
YOU HAVE THE HERO LIVING INSIDE OF YOU!
